Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We’re happy to accept returns & exchanges on any garment that is unworn, clean, not damaged, and still fitted with all security tags and labels within 24 hours of receiving the item. You must request a return or exchange within this timeframe. If more than 24 hours have passed, we will not accept your return or exchange request.


Please note the following conditions:

• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not covered by us.

• Custom orders & pre order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are only eligible for exchange, not refunds.

• We are not responsible for lost parcels while being returned to us.

 

Processing & Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return/exchange, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note that banks and credit card companies may take up to 7 business days to process and post the refund.

• Returns take approximately 2-3 working days to process after receiving and inspecting the item.

• Exchanges take approximately 3-5 working days to process, plus delivery time to your location.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
